Currently, LTPG has a luxury condominium development under construction. Harbour Village at Historic St. Andrews, upon completion, will consist of 116 units, approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial space and a 37-slip private marina. The development is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2006. Construction is currently 95% complete. LTPG is also in the early stages of developing two other properties: Southern Shore Resort and The Gates on Manhattan Boulevard. Southern Shore Resort (“SSR”), a two phase resort style condominium development located in Lakeshore, Mississippi. SSR will consist of two residential towers with a resort style pool area as the primary amenity. Tower I will contain 140 units in a 23 story building and Tower II will contain 141 units in a 29 story building. SSR is conveniently located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance of the Silver Slipper Casino, which is currently under construction. The Gates on Manhattan (“The Gates”) is a 320 unit apartment community that LTPG currently owns and operates. The proposed development program for The Gates is to perform a cosmetic rehabilitation on the property and then to sell the homes as condominium units to existing tenants and other prospects that are in need of affordable housing. The Gates is also in the pre-development phase and is expected to start construction in the fall of 2006. |
